| 摘 要： | 目前我国在对教练员训练能力的评价过程中，往往采用看教练员进过哪一级的运动队和根据教练员所带队员取得过怎样的运动成绩来进行评估．由于种种原因造成这种评价方法不能科学、准确、全面和客观地反映教练员的实际训练水平和能力．为此，本文运用文献资料法、特尔斐法、层次分析法等，构建了教练能力科学评估指标体系以及评定的标准与方法，拟对我国教练员的训练能力进行客观、合理、综合的评估。

| Abstract: | In the evaluation of the training abilities of the coaches, the team-leading experience of the coaches at different levels of teams and the team performance in matches exert an influential impact on the final result, which can not reflect their training levels and abilities scientifically, exactly and objectively. In this article, the author constructs the standards and the methods for the evaluating index system and assessment of the coaches?training abilities, which carries out the all-round evaluation objectively and rationally. |
