| 摘 要： | 分析目前普通高校课余训练队的现状及存在的问题,针对训练形式、管理状况、质量效果等问题进行深层的调研与分析,给出定性、定量指标,确定评价标准及权重系数,制定出了一套科学有效的普通高校课余训练工作评价体系及各运动队的管理标准,为高校课余训练队的规范化和科学化管理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the present situation and problems of the after class physical training in colleges and universities and do deep research and analysis on the problems of the training form, management status and the qualitative effects, the paper want to give a qualitative and quantitative target, make sure the valuation standard and the weight coefficient, make a set of scientific and effective evaluation system and provide reference for the standardized and scientific management to the after class physical training in colleges and universities. |
