| 摘 要： | 为了解和掌握广西仫佬族与壮族学生体质健康状况及其差异，对广西仫佬族1419名学生的体质调研资料进行统计并与2010年广西城乡壮族7～15岁学生的调查资料进行比较。结果显示，广西仫佬族与城市壮族学生身高、体重均值水平有较大的差距，身体充实度落后于城市壮族学生的平均水平，体型接近乡村壮族学生群体，男、女生身体形态生长突增高峰的开始年龄分别为13～14岁和10-12岁；肺机能发育水平以及柔韧素质仫佬族学生明显优于城乡壮族学生水平；视力不良检出率仫佬族与壮族学生均表现为，女生高于男生，并随学龄呈逐年增长趋势。因此，应根据各民族学生体质指标态势，有针对性地进行营养、体育锻炼等干预措施，以促进学生体质健康水平。

| Abstract: | In order to understand and master Mulao and Zhuang students＇ physical health condition and difference in Guangxi, the writer has conducted a statistical investigation about 1419 Mulao student＇s physique and compared a survey data about urban and rural Zhuang students whose ages arc between 7 ~ 15 years old in 2010. The result had shown that Mulao and urban Zhuang Students have a larger gap between average levels of height and weight, the condition of body falls behind urban Zhuang students＇ average level, contour body is close to nwal Zhuang students, Male, feraale students＇ peak ages of their body growth was between 13 - 14 and 10 ~ 12 years old; Molao students have an advantage over rural students of Zhuang nationality in the growth level of lung function and flexibility; as to the prevalence of poor vision of Mulao and Zhuang students, females are higher than that of males and it has a growing trend year by year. Therefore, we should target at their nutrition, physical exercise and take some intervention measures in order to promote students＇ physical health level being on the basis of the national students＇ physique index trend, targeted for nutrition. |
