| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查了解大学生使用电脑状况，腕关节不适症状的发生情况。通过数据处理对问卷结果进行分析。通过实验观察及查阅文献资料获得腕关节解剖结构特点、关节活动度特点。结果显示，大学生存在长时间使用电脑的情况，被调查者中腕关节不适症状的发生率较高。同时，缺乏腕关节保护、活动的正确方法，情况表明腕关节活动度是腕关节不适症状发生的一个原因，研究结果对指导大学生进行合理使用电脑与加强腕关节活动度训练具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | This study was designed to analyze the occurrence of the discomfort of the wrist during using computer among the students and the reason in the view of the anatomical features of the wrist. Using computer could be defined as using the keyboard and using the mouse while the discomfort could be regarded as the self discomfort of the wrist. Suggestions were put forward in this paper for using computer in scientific way. Method Mainly through the method of questionnaire survey, the situation of using computer of the college students and the occurrence level of the discomfort of the wrist among the students was known. The data of the questionnaire was handled by the software of Microsoft Office Excel. Through the method of observation and the method of the literature material, the anatomical features of the wrist joint were known. Result Long time of using computer was finding among the college students. Meanwhile, the occurrence rate of discomfort of the whist was found in a high level. Conclusion A close relationship was find between the long time of using computer and the occurrence of the discomfort of the wrist joint. Also the scope of the activity of the wrist is one important reason. At the same time, the results of this study could provide guidance for using computer and emphasize the importance of the exercise of the range of motion of wrist joint. |
