新时代中国适应体育教师专业化演变与再思考

摘    要:采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对习近平新时代体育思想背景下中国适应体育教师专业化的演变与再思考进行分析,阐述了我国适应体育教师专业化进程及相关法规与政策的重要节点信息。主要结论:新时代体育思想背景下适应体育教师的专业化发展是我国适应体育的新发展趋势;社会大众缺乏对适应体育及教师的认识和理解、适应体育教育制度制定有待完善、特殊学校缺乏对适应体育教师的鼓励与支持、适应体育教师自身缺乏内在动力是阻碍我国适应体育教师专业化进程主要因素。建议:我国适应体育教师专业化进程需健全适应体育教育的认知系统、建立适应体育教师资格认证制度、完善适应体育教师职前教育模式、改善适应体育教师继续教育模式。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the evolution and rethinking of the adaptation of physical education teachers in China under the background of Xi Jinping's new era sports thoughts by means of literature and logic analysis.It also expounds the important node information of China's adaptation to the professionalization of physical education teachers and related regulations and policies.Main conclusions:Adapting to the professional development of physical education teachers under the background of sports thoughts in the new era is a new development trend of adapting to sports in China;the lack of understanding and understanding of sports and teachers for the public,the need to improve the development of physical education system,and the lack of special schools Adapting to the encouragement and support of physical education teachers and adapting to the lack of internal motivation of physical education teachers are the main factors that hinder China's adaptation to the professionalization of physical education teachers.Suggestion:China's adaptation to the professionalization process of physical education teachers needs to be well adapted to the cognitive system of physical education,establish a qualification system for physical education teachers,improve the pre-service education model for physical education teachers,and improve the continuing education model for physical education teachers.
