| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和理论分析等方法，对高校体育场地向社会开放的影响因素与对策进行研究．高校体育场地向社会开放的影响因素主要表现在高校的职能观念和服务意识的偏差、国家和政府相关的法规和政策的欠缺、体育场地向社会开放过程中存在或可能出现的各种问题上；从提升职能观念和服务意识，协调好学校多方面的关系，建立和完善政策法规，探求适宜开放和管理办法，做好宣传和引导等方面提出高校体育场地向社会开放的对策．研究结论为职能部门进一步完善和落实相应的政策法规，以及高校切实做好学校体育场地向社会开放工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the use of documents and theoretical analysis, the article studies the affecting factors and countermeasures of open-up of the sports ground of higher learning institutions to society. The former are reflected in declination of functional concept and sense of service of higher learning institutions,deficiency of related national laws and plkicies, existed or possible problems in the course of open-up of the sports ground to society. The latter are connected with raising functional concept and laws, probing into management methods for efficient open-up, and making good propaganda and guidance. The study conclusion provides reference for functional departments to consummate and implement relevant policies and laws ,and for higher learning institutions to practically improve open-up of their sports ground to society. |
