| 摘 要： | 体育教师教学工作的评价是高校教师管理的1个重要手段，并直接影响着体育教师的教学积极性。通过对学科比较、教学与科研比较、评价结果使用以及评价方法完善等4个方面的探讨，分析了目前高校体育教学工作评价不公现象，并提出了相关调控思路，以供高校体育管理者参考。

| Abstract: | P.E. teaching evaluation is important means of teacher management in universities and colleges, and directly influences P.E.. teachers teaching positively. Through discussing the subject compare, the compare of teaching and scientific research, the use of evaluation result, to perfect evaluation method, the article analyzes some injustices about P.E. teachers' teaching evaluation in universities and colleges, and brings forward correlative countermeasure. |
