| 摘 要： | 为了构建市场经济条件下湖南省竞技体操后备人才培养的新体系，对湖南省竞技体操后备人才的数量和质量、项目布局、培养效益等问题进行了调查，指出了当前存在着学训矛盾，培养模式与市场经济不相适应以及教练员素质不高等问题。针对这一情况，通过收集文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法，对一、二、三线运动员、教练员、场地器材、竞赛管理等进行调查研究结论：走“体教结合”的道路，逐步理顺人才输送渠道，培养体育人才交流市场，大力提高教练员的素质。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the new system of cultivating gymnastics talents under the market economy in Hunan province, this article makes an investigation on quantity and quality of gymnastics talents, distribution of sports events, cultivation benefit. It points out that existing problems are the contradiction of learning and training, unsuited cultivating model with market economy, low quality of coaches. Referring to this addition, we use these way that collect to literature data, questionnaire investvyation, specialist interview and data statistics and so on. Then we＇re going to research and investigate to a ray of. And lesser past for a former leading cadre. Athletes, trainers, field materials, rivalry management and so on.The conclusion is to perfect the transfer channels gradually, to set up talent exchange market, to enhance the coach＇s quality. |
