| 摘 要： | 报告了青少年拳击比赛的医务监督。在有８２名运动员选手参赛，共计７２场比赛中，有１６人次、１２场发生了场上受伤。其中眉弓裂伤４例（２５％）、鼻部击伤出血１０例（６２．５％）、上唇裂伤１例（６．２５％）、肩关节脱位１例（６．２５％）。有２场因伤势较重，由医务仲裁终止其比赛。根据规则，拳击比赛中的医务仲裁是具有判定职能的裁判组成员，以能最大限度地保护运动员的健康和安全。提出拳击比赛中发生肩关节脱位是由肩部肌肉的急剧收缩牵伸，并缺少对应的反弹力所引起的观点。

| Abstract: | The paper is about
medical supervision on boxing in adolescents. There were 82 boxers in the 72 matches, in which
16 person time were injured in 12 matches. There were 4 cases (25%) of superciliary ridge split
open, 10 cases (62.5%) of nose injured and bleed, 1 case (6.25%) of shoulder joint dislocation.
There were 2 matches ended by medical arbitration for serious injury. According to the rules, the
medical arbitration is group member of sharp contraction stretch of shoulder muscle, and lock of
reaction makes the dislocation. |
