| 摘 要： | 在标枪比赛及训练中,良好的放松技术对标枪成绩有着十分重要的作用,能使运动员在标枪投掷的助跑过程中,更好、更经济的运用自身的能力,更有效地发挥最大潜力,更充分的完成技术动作,从而最大可能的取得更好的成绩,而放松技术在学校体育训练或基层训练中还没有得到充分的重视。本文从运动训练学、运动生理学、运动生物力学等方面进行分析,提出标枪运动员进行放松技术训练的重要性及训练方法。
