| 摘 要： | 蓝色体育是指与海洋相关的各类体育活动,它与休闲体育、大众体育、社会体育、竞技体育等体育形态一样,既是体育科学发展的必然结果,也是社会经济和人文发展的必然要求。然而蓝色体育作为一种新兴的体育理念,由于其本身的特殊性且发展时间较短,目前没有成熟的相关理论。如何发展蓝色体育并更好的促进蓝色经济区的繁荣,引起了政府和大众的广泛关注。对于加快蓝色体育发展的对策与建议有以下六点:加大政府的政策和资金扶持力度,建设现代化的蓝色体育发展基地;加强对蓝色体育的宣传,增强社会公众对蓝色体育的群体意识;着重培养专业的蓝色体育的运动指导人员和产业的管理人员;进一步深化对蓝色体育的科学研究;培育蓝色体育相关产业,建设蓝色体育专属品牌;进一步做好蓝色经济区建设的规划和指导工作。

| Abstract: | Blue sports refer to various ocean - related sports activities. Like many common sports such as leisure sports,mass sports, comnmnity sports and competitive sports,blue sports are not only the inevitable result of the development of science but also the necessary requirement of social, economic and human development. However, blue sports being a new sports concept with its own particularity and shorter development period, there is no mature theory for reference. How to develop blue sports and promote the prosperity of the blue economic zones becomes great concern of the Government and the public. The strategies and suggestions accelerate the development of blue sports include the following six points： increase the government＇s policy and funding support efforts to build modem sports development bases; strengthen the publicity of blue sports to enhance the public awareness on them; focus on training professional sports coaches and industry executives of blue sports ; further deepen the blue sports science research ; develop blue sports - related industries and create blue sports exclusive brands ; further improve the blue Economic Zone in the planning and guidance. |
