| 摘 要： | 就开展高校体育竞赛工作新局面作了阐述，并针对高校体育竞赛的现状和全民健身运动的要求，提出在保持现有高校体育竞赛竞技性的基础上，积极拓宽竞赛内容，增强高校体育竞赛的普及性，努力创造高校体育竞赛的健身与化氛围。

| Abstract: | This article illustrates how to create a new situation in sports competition in institutinons of higher learning in accordance with the national fitness campaign,the guidelines and principles established by the Party.The author states that more widespread and competitve sports games should be carried out in order to create an atmosphere and cultural awareness in competitive sports events in institutions of higher learning based on the current situation of the competitiveness of sports activities in colleges and universities as well as the demands of the national fitness campaign. |
