| 摘 要： | 运动员技术档案管理有助于建立科学的训练管理体系，为早出人才、多出人才、出好人才创造有利条件。从体技档案的重要作用、制定统一的体技档案规档范围、实行集中统一管理、提高档案利用价值、完善体技档案管理制度、提高档案人员素质等6个方面，对加强运动员体育技术档案管理问题进行探讨。
