| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑推理法，分析了职业运动员人力资本的内涵及其现状，对传统的社会主义经济学中关于运动员的人力资本的概念和范围进行重新界定，在实践上排除时人力资本投资的冷淡和漠视。并在此基础上提出了几点对策：加大运动员的教育投资，注重健康资本的投入，构建适合自身发展的良性运作机制，构建运动员保险的三维机制，建立健全法律法规体系．保障职业体育市场的发展。

| Abstract: | With the cultural heritage data method and logics,it analyzes the capital content and its present situation.It carries on the traditional socialism economics in athlete's human capital concept and the scope,removes slights and ignores of the human capital investment in the practice.Some advices are raised to enlarge the education and health investment,set up positive operation mechanism and perfect law system. |
