| 摘 要： | 首先对体育价值进行了界定和分类，以此来揭示体育价值的内涵，进而从体育价值角度考察了体育与健康关系、学校体育的本质，认为体育在学生的心理建设和个体社会方面的价值也是学校体育本质的价值属性。
