| 摘 要： | 滨州武术馆校教育在最近几年发展迅速,推动了山东省武术整体水平的提升。但在发展武术馆校教育的同时,如何提升其教育质量,使武术馆校培养高质量的人才,关键取决于武术馆校教练员水平。从教练员的基本状况、专业思想状况、能力状况出发,调查滨州市武术馆校教练员的综合状况,就存在的问题提出合理性的建议。

| Abstract: | During the course of the recent years,Binzhou Wushu school education has developed faster than ever,and it brings the whole level of Shandong Wushu up to a new aspect.However,with the development of Wushu education,how to cultivate excellent students is the most important task nowadays and most of that lies on the comprehensive abilities of Wushu coaches.This dissertation researches about the current condition of Wushu coaches from the following aspects:basic conditions,professional ideas,the conditions of abilities and then finds out the problems and brings forward reasonable suggestions. |
