青少年运动员无氧能力特征研究

摘    要:对126名男女青少年运动员30sWingate无氧功试验结果表明:女子在15岁、男子在16岁最大无氧功率值、平均无氧功率值增长幅度较大.女子在14岁-16岁期间的最大无氧功率值、平均无氧功率值呈上升趋势,在14岁-15岁期间的相对最大无氧功率值、相对平均无氧功率值呈上升趋势,在15岁-16岁期间的相对最大无氧功率值保持不变,相对平均无氧功率值呈下降趋势.男子在15岁-17岁期间的最大无氧功率值、平均无氧功率值呈上升趋势,但是相对最大无氧功率值、相对平均无氧功率值呈下降趋势.提示女子在15岁、男子在16岁应注意训练方式与手段的改进,以促进青少年运动员无氧功率得到发展.

Abstract:In order to find out the characteristics of anaerobic performance for young athletes,it has taken the testing experiment of Wingate of 126 young athletes(male totaled 65,aged between 15-17 years old,female totaled 61,aged between 14-16 years old).According to statistical analysis,it has been found that their Peak Power and Mean Power are increased along with age.The Peak Power/weight and Mean Power/weight are increased along with age between 14-15 years old in female.The Peak Power/weight is no change and Mean Power/weight is declined along with age between 15-16 years old in female.The Peak Power/weight and Mean Power/weight are declined along with age between 15-17 years old in male.The results showed that there existed sex difference in Peak Power and Mean Power between 15-16 years old.The training of anaerobic performance should be paid attention for those young athletes.
