| 摘 要： | 通过对胶东半岛部分高校大学生体育选修课程的项目选择情况调查,发现选择田径课程的学生越来越少。针对这种现象进行了分析,得出田径课程在高校“受冷”的原因,并提出了培养学生田径运动兴趣,完善、创新教学考核评价制度、建立田径俱乐部、丰富教学形式等对策,以期尽快使田径课程在高校公共体育课中“热”起来,使之在发展学生身体素质、培养学生意志品质中发挥更大作用。

| Abstract: | Through the survey of the phenomenon of optional courses' selection done by students in some colleges of Jiaodong Peninsula,it is found that the number of students who choose courses of athletics is decreasing.A following analysis on this phenomenon has led to the findings of the reasons for this decreasing in number(unpopularity) and a corresponding solution to this problem,with the method of arousing students' interest in athletics,improving and innovating the system of teaching assessment and evaluation,establishing the club for athletics,and enriching teaching formats,etc.It aims to make the athletics popular in college public PE courses.Athetics can play a greater role in strengthening students' health and in cultivating their will,and lay a scientific foundation for the further and better development of pubic athletics courses. |
