| 摘 要： | 对山东省17市地在20届省运会涌现出来的25名优秀青少年摔跤运动员进行了身体形态、素质、机能、专项技能的测试，结果表明，集训队员的身体形态匀称，上下肢比例及指间距指标较理想，速度、力量、速度耐力较好，但耐力水平较差，有氧代谢能力需进一步提高。身体机能方面显示营养状况、红细胞形态、铁代谢及铁储备较好。

| Abstract: | The bodily form,quality,physical performance and specific skill for 25 elite young wrestlers from 17 cities at the 20th Shandong Provincial Games were tested.It has been shown that their body shape was well-balanced,and the index of upper and lower limb proportion and finger internal were ideal.However,their edurance was not so good and their aerobic capacity needed to improve further.Their performance showed that their nutrition state,red blood corpuscles shape,iron metabolism and iron reserve were better. |
