| 摘 要： | 通过查阅文献资料、访问、问卷调查、数理统计、比较分析等方法，对中关两国大学田径运动员的选材、学业、训练与竞赛管理、待遇及其择业状况和教练员等方面进行对比分析，找出了差距，并借鉴美国的成功经验，对我国大学办高水平田径队提出建议。

| Abstract: | With relative theories such as comparason,analysis,sociology and management,this paper compared Chinese universities with American ones on the track and fieldes' selection,academy level,training and competition management,treatment,jobs offered after graduation,and coaches assigned for them.The differences were found,and thus,some suggestions based on the American successful experiences were put forward. |
