| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对广州市中小学体育教师继续教育的现存培训模式及中小学老师对继续教育的未来期待模式进行了分析,提出了在未来广州中小学体育教师的继续教育中应加强高校模式,大力发展校本教育模式的建议,旨在为广东中小学体育教师继续教育管理部门提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through interview and investigation,together with the study of the documentary,the authors of this papar comprehended and analyzed thecontinuing education mode for PE teachers at primary and middle schools in Guangzhou.To improve the further education for them,such countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the higher educational mode and to develop the mode of school-focused in sevice education. |
