| 摘 要： | 中华武术是我国众多优秀传统文化中的一枝奇葩，它几乎涵容了中国传统文化的各种成分和要素，其完善的锻炼系统和神奇的健身与攻防效果是任何一项体育项目不可与之相提并论的；武术历来被视为全面发展学生体质的重要手段，然而，传统的武术教学已不被大多数学生接纳。相反，刚传入我国不久的跆拳道却正在全国范围内蓬勃发展，这里面的原因值得我们深思。

| Abstract: | Chinese Wushu is a treasure of China＇s traditional culture, it＇s the one which almost includres various ingredients of traditional Chinese culture, and its perfect elements and exercise system and magical fitness and attack effect arenot comparable to other sports. Wushu has been regarded as an important means to the all-round development of students＇ physique. However, traditional Wushu has been unacceptble for most students. On the contrary, Taekwondo, though entered China a few years, has been popular nationwide. There are some cause in such phenomenon worthy of our consideration. |
