| 摘 要： | 太极思维是中国传统的世界观和方法论,它所蕴涵的阴阳对立统一、万事万物平衡协调、互相包容和滋生及由内及外的整体观等,对班级管理都有很好的借鉴作用。太极思维有助于协调班级管理中集体与个人、老师与学生、同学与同学等之间的关系,有助于班集体的建设。

| Abstract: | Tai Chi thinking is the traditional Chinese worldview and methodology, it implies the unity of opposites of yin and yang, a balance of everything, mutual tolerance and breeding, and from the inside and outside of the overall concept and so on have a very good class management for reference. Tai Chi class thinking help coordinate the management of collective and individual, teachers and students, between students and the students and other relationships that would ban the construction of the collective. |
