| 摘 要： | 文章通过对我国普通高校武术教学的现状进行分析,指出武术教学改革的必要性及面临的困境,在此基础上以＂以人为本,淡化套路,突出方法,强调应用＂为指导思想,从课程目标、教学内容、教学方法等方面对武术教学改革提出相应的对策与建议。
