| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动作为体育教学的延伸是高校体育的重要组成部分,对于进一步增强学生体质、提高学生健康水平、培养大学生终身体育意识和习惯具有重要作用,体育锻炼的态度是体育锻炼的内驱力,它与学生的体育需求密切相关。文章主要采用文献资料研究法及问卷调查法等研究方法,对河北省大学生参与课外体育活动的态度进行研究分析,并有针对性地提出了相应的建议。
