| 摘 要： | 目前,体育科学界对灵敏性还没有一个确切的定义。这个术语虽然被广泛地应用到体育科学中,但是采用什么方法测定灵敏性以及采用什么训练方法可以提高敏捷性,还存在争议。灵敏性与身体素质和技术有关,例如力量、速度等;也和认知成分有关,如视觉搜索能力和预测能力等。现有灵敏性测试通常仅限于身体成分的测试,如方向转换速度。文章从运动实践出发,得出灵敏性测试应该将身体素质和认知能力结合起来进行评价。
