| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查法,对北京市部分高校大学生进行了调查研究,将大学生按照体育人口特征分为体育人口、准体育人口、非体育人口,并对他们的健康行为进行了比较研究,其结果表明:大学生体育人口分布呈枣核状;具有体育人口特征的大学生对健康观的认知较非体育人口特征的大学生完善;体育人口群体与非体育人口群体参与体育锻炼的原因相比具有鲜明的特征,有着较强的目的性。场地问题是影响其参与体育锻炼的主要因素,准体育人口、非体育人口在时间方面是主要因素。
