| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据统计法等研究方法,对山西省高校开展跆拳道运动的现状进行调查,调查结果显示:山西省高校开展跆拳道运动的形式以选项课和俱乐部为主,但是没有统一的教材和考核标准;学生参与跆拳道运动的主要动机是强身健体、防卫和兴趣爱好;大部分学生在参与跆拳道运动过程中感到很快乐、心情舒畅,缓解了他们在学习和生活中的压力,而且通过参与跆拳道运动,学生的身体素质和意志品质都有所增强;制约山西省高校开展跆拳道运动的主要因素是场地器材不足、领导重视程度低和师资匮乏。基于以上调查结果,文章针对存在的问题,提出合理的建议,旨在为山西省高校更好的开展跆拳道运动提供有价值的理论参考。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documents, investigation and mathematical statistics, the paper investigates the present situations of developing Tae Kwon Do in the universities and colleges in Shanxi province. The results show that the main form of carrying on Tae kwon do is elective course and clubs in the university of Shanxi province, but there is no uniform textbooks and examination standards. And the main motivations of students to participate in Tae Kwon Do are physical health, defense and hobbies. Most of the students feel very happy and have ease of mind in the process of participating in Tae Kwon Do, which relieve them of learning and life pressure, their physical qualities and willpower are strengthened. The main factors that restrict the universities and colleges in Shanxi province to carry on Tae kwon do are field equipment deficiencies, leaders＇ low degree of attention and the shortage of teachers. On the basis of these findings, some reasonable suggestions are given, with a view to provide some theoretical references for Tae Kwon Do＇s better development in the universities and colleges of Shanxi province. |
