广场健身舞在全民健身工程中实践途径研究

摘    要:广场健身舞具有健身、健心、健脑、健美的价值。经常进行广场健身舞练习,可以改善心肺功能,加速新陈代谢过程,促进消化,消除大脑疲劳和精神紧张,从而达到增强体质,增进健康,延缓衰退,提高人体的活动能力等良好的健身作用。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过深入解读《全民健身计划纲要》、《全民健身条例》并结合广场健身舞特征,对广场健身舞在全民健身工程中开展的可行性进行了分析,并指出了利用广场健身舞实践全面健身工程的途径。

Abstract:Square fitness dance, has a healthy heart, healthy brain, the value of fitness. Regular square Fitness dance practice, can improve cardiopulmonary function, accelerate metabolism, promote digestion, eliminate fatigue and mental stress, so as to enhance physique, improve health, slow physical decline, increase the ability of human activities, such as good fitness function. The article uses the methods of literature, logic analysis and other research methods, through in-depth interpretation of "national fitness program outline", analyzes the national fitness ordinary fitness dance characteristics and the feasibility of combining square fitness dance in the nation-wide fitness project, and points out the ways to use square fitness dance to fully practice fitness project.
