| 摘 要： | 武术教学，特别是太极拳教学，是非常艰难的一个过程。要在这个过程中，取得好的效果，就要不断地总结教学经验，提高教学方法。口诀口令的运用，就是重要的教学方法之一。文章通过对简化二十四式太极拳技术要领的总结，编成了相应的教学口诀口令。这些口诀口令的运用，在教学过程中起到了比较好的教学效果。同时，文章也希望取到抛砖引玉的效果，为武术的普及与发展贡献微薄之力。

| Abstract: | Wushu teaching, especially the TaljNuan teaching, is a vc~y ~- the process, it is needed to sum up the experiences of teaching, improve teaching methods. The use of formula passwords, is one of the important methods of teaching. Based on simplified24 taijiquan technical main points, the paper studies the mnemonic passwords into the corresponding teaching. The use of these formula passwords, in teaching process has played a better teaching effect. At the same time, the article also hopes to get to this effect, contributing to the development and popularization of wushu. |
