| Abstract: | He-style Tai Chi Quan has a profound tradition and cultural foundation. It has been loved by more and more people with its agility and tenderness in movement when practiced. This paper probes into the technology and theory in order to demonstrate its value for exercising. So we should add glory to the quintessence of Chinese culture so that it can play its due role in the fitness of all the people. |
