| 摘 要： | 武术是我国学校体育教学的重要内容,学校武术教学的发展需要先进教学手段和方法。以信息技术为代表的现代化高科技手段在武术中的运用对武术教学起到了良好的推动作用 能够有效辅助教师进行武术教学辅导并调动起学生对武术学习的兴趣与热情。运用信息技术手段辅助和促进武术教学中是对传统武术教学与训练方法的发展与革新,是对学校武术教学方法和手段的丰富,是进一步提高我国学校武术教学生命力的必由之路。
