| 摘 要： | 太极拳运动是我国传统文化中的瑰宝，是终身体育的最佳运动项目之一。随着大众体育健身热地和高校普系体育教学改革的发展，太极拳运动以其特有的健身功效，在高校广泛开展。这对于传承和弘扬我国传统体育文化太极拳运动，有着深远的意义。但从目前高校太极拳教学现状调查研究中发现：多数大学生对学习太极拳运动的积极性持续不久，之中外形不重内涵，而且教师对太极拳运动教学的认识也参差不齐，教学不尽人意。文章从太极拳自身特点和高校开设的具体情况出发，对太极拳教学中的重点及教学评价等方面的问题进行探讨研究。

| Abstract: | Taijiquan is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture, and one of the best sport items. With the love of mass on sports and the development of P.E. teaching reform, Taijiquan is popular in colleges for its special fitness value, which has speical meaning in spreading Taijiquan. But the investigation on the current conditions of Taijiquan teaching finds out that most college students have less long-time interst in learning Taijiquan and they pays less attention on their inner improvement, and many teachers have different view points on Tiaijiquan. The paper from the practical conditions of teaching Taijiquan in colleges, studies the important points of Taijiquan teaching and its evaluation. |
