| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数量统计法、综合分析法等研究方法对贵州高校武术教练员年龄、学历、学缘结构、专业技术水平、职称、执裁能力、科研能力发展现状进行了调查研究,分析了影响贵州高校武术教练员发展的具体因素并提出了相关的干预对策,旨在为贵州省高校武术运动的发展提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The paper adopts literature,questionnaire survey,the number of statistical analysis and other methods to do the survey of the age,education,learning origin structure,professional and technical level,title,judgment ability,research capacity development status of Wushu coaches in colleges and universities of Guizhou,analyzes specific factors affecting the development of Guizhou college Wushu coaches and intervention strategies designed to provide some references for Wushu development in universities of Guizhou. |
