摘    要:文章对腰在太极拳中的重要作用进行阐述,并进一步分析如何才能提高腰部力量和腰部的柔韧性以及在练习太极拳的过程中如何做到用腰、练腰,从而为太极拳爱好者提供科学合理的练习方法及理论指导,同时也加深太极拳练习者对“腰”的重要性的进一步认识,并为练好太极拳提出相关建议.

Abstract:Waist in Taijiquan plays an important role in Taijquan and the paper does the analysis,and how to improve the strength of waist and waist flexibility in the process of practicing Taijiquan,and how to achieve the purposes of practicing waist and using waist.The study tries to raise the attentions in Tai Chi enthusiasts and provide scientific and reasonable training methods and theories for the practice of Taijiquan,and put forward the related proposals.
