| 摘 要： | 随着体育运动的全面发展,使得体育纠纷逐渐增多,对我国建立体育仲裁制度成为一种迫切需求,论文主要从国际体育仲裁实践对我国的影响,以及我国体育仲裁制度建立的条件进行分析,探讨体育仲裁制度尚未建立的原因,从历史、体制、意识等几个方面入手,为我国体育仲裁制度尽快出台提供参考依据。
