| 摘 要： | 随着社会、经济和科学文化水平等的迅速发展,以强身健体和娱乐身体为宗旨的大众体育运动也随之蓬勃发展起来,形成了世界性的大众体育浪潮,家庭体育成为大众体育当中的一支奇葩,异军突起,备受人们青睐。文章通过对文献资料的研究,分析出家庭体育的功能主要有自然功能、教育功能、经济功能、文化功能和辐射功能,旨在增长人们对家庭体育功能的认识,从而增强人们参与家庭体育的意识。
