| 摘 要： | 体育保险是对体育专业学生从事运动人身安全的重要保障，同时也是体育运动系统的重要一部分，它可以起到预防风险、减少经济负担、稳定的生活、快乐运动的作用。然而体育保险在中国高校，尤其是对于大学生体育保险是一个新课题。体育保险首次受到人民的重大关注是1998年，由于意外，桑兰在美国参加运动会受伤，之后组织者为她提供了1000万美元的医疗保险费用，因此而得到最好的治疗。这使我们了解到体育保险为运动员的运动风险提供了一个解决方案，也为大学体育专业学生在体育运动的过程中指导方向，因而在高校建设体育保险体系和制度是很必要的。但就目前的实际情况而言，体育保险各方面有很多的缺点和不足，我们应该从法律、法规的角度出发，在合理的条件下，开发设计适合学校的体育险种，尤其是针对高校体育专业学生的体育保险，从而推动高校体育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Sports insurance is an important safety guarantee of professional students. It is also an important part of the sports system, and it can prevent the risk, reduce the economic burden, keep a stable fife, happy movement. Sports insurance in China＇s colleges and universities, however, especially for college students＇ sports insurance is a new topic. Sports insurance became the major concern of the people for the first time in 1998, due to the accident of Sang Lan sports injury in the United States, after the accident, the organizer has provided $10 million for her health insurance fees, and had her got the best treatment, which made us learn that the sports insurance provides a solution for the risk of the movement of athletes, also for the college sports professional students in the process of sports. Therefore, it is very necessary to construct the sports insurance system in colleges and universities. But in terms of the actual situations of current sports insurance, there are many shortcomings and the insufficiencies, so we should from the perspective of laws and regulations, and under reasonable conditions, develop and design appropriate sports insurance for school sports, especially for college sports professional students, so as to promote the development of sports undertakings in colleges and universities. |
