| 摘 要： | 实现中华民族伟大复兴是近代以来中华民族最伟大的梦想。为了完成这个崇高而伟大的梦想，整个民族无时无刻不在为之努力。自从中华民族伟大复兴一提出，人民百姓热议它，社会舆论聚焦它，国际社会关注它，它成了全体中华儿女的共同向往。文章从中华民族伟大复兴视野下对民族传统体育的传承与发展进行研究，进而使中国进入文化强国和体育强国的行列。
