| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,通过对河南省普通高校武术教师资现状的调查与分析,针对河南省普通高校武术教师师资队伍存在的学历结构、武术技术水平和科研能力偏低等问题,在当前对高校武术教师素质要求的调查基础上,提出了优化提高武术教师整体素质可通过加强在岗武术教师的培训力度,设立教师培训中心,加强师德建设等具体优化策略,为高校武术教学改革和最优化的实施提供师资力量上的保证。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature data, questionnaire, expert interviews and statistics, and other research methods, by the investigation and analysis of Wushu teachers status in Henan colleges, the study find out that Wushu teachers in Henan college have lower educational experiences, less Wushu skills and scientific study capacity and on the study base, the paper suggest to strengthen the training of Wushu teachers in colleges, set up training centres, and improve teacher's professional morality and other optimizing measures, to offer qualified teachers for college Wushu teaching reform and carrying the optimizing measures. |
