运动减肥的科学探讨

摘    要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,物质水平的大幅度增加,肥胖人群比重在不断的增加,人们也在不断寻找科学有效的减肥方法,进而运动减肥也逐渐成为人们进行抑制肥胖最有效的方法。文章通过大量的查阅资料的方法,对肥胖的危害和运动减肥的机理及方法进行分析、讨论,总结出运动减肥的有效方法,从而论述出在健身俱乐部中运动减肥的有效方法。

Abstract:With the improvement of people's living standards,the material level increases,the rate of obese people is unceasingly increasing,so people continually search scientific ways of losing weight,then exercise to lose weight become an effective way of helping people losing weight.Based on literature method,the harm of obesity and the mechanism of exercise to lose weight are analyzed in the paper,and the effective ways are put forward in the paper.
