| 摘 要： | 对于运动爱好者和运动员而言,运动性猝死是近年来运动场上接连发生的意外事故之一,也是运动医学领域最严重的问题之一。文章采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,通过对运动性猝死的发病原因与及预防措施进行相关研究,旨在为运动员或体育爱好者参与运动时预防发生运动性意外提供参考和建议。

| Abstract: | For the sports enthusiasts and athletes, in playing courts, sudden death accidents occurred one atter anotlaer in recent years, which is one of the most serious problems for the field of sports medicine. The paper with the methods of literature and logical analysis, analyzes the causes of the sudden death in sports and the preventive measures, treis to provide reference and advice for athletes or sports enthusiasts to participate in exercise to prevent exercise-induced accidents. |
