| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法,分析了女子防身术的特征,指出了军队院校女子防身术教学中的现实问题,提出了编写专业教材,创编防身动作,明确教学内容,制定考核标准;转变教学观念,进行军体课改革,将其纳入教学大纲,成为军队院校的必修课;培养专项教员;鼓励教员要有创新意识等相关建议及对策。

| Abstract: | Using the method of documentary, the paper analyzes the characteristics of female bon, points out the current problems in the female bon teaching of military universities, gives out some suggestions, such as editing text books, creating defending actions, clearing the teaching content, making examination standards, changing teaching ideas, reforming the military P.E., having the female bon into the teaching outline and making it the compulsory course, cultivating special teachers, encouraging creative teaching ideas, and so on. |
