| 摘 要： | 文章对山西省高校高水平女子篮球运动队发展现状进行了调查研究,得出:各级领导应提高认识,增加对女篮的重视和投入,完善招生政策,扶植和鼓励中学开设女子篮球项目,加强篮球后备力量的培养,尽快实行教练员专职化。

| Abstract: | Through investigating the current conditions of high-level women basketball teams in Shanxi colleges and universities,the paper does the study and suggests that the relevant leaders should improve their understanding about women basketball team,increase the investment in women basketball,perfect admission policy,help and encourage the start of middle school women basketball sport,enhance the development of basketball reserved talents and promote the professional development of coaches. |
