| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对羽毛球教练员执教能力影响因素进行调查分析得出影响我国羽毛球教练员执教能力的五大因素,即教练员的责任心、教练员的文化知识素质、教练员的训练实践能力、教练员指挥比赛的能力、教练员科研与创新能力。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts literature data method,expert interview and questionnaire investigation method to do the survey of badminton coaches coaching ability influencing factors,thorugh the investigation and analysis,the study finds five influencing factors:the responsibility of coaches,coaches knowledge quality,the coaches’ training practice ability,the ability to command the play,scientific research and innovation ability. |
