| 摘 要： | 文章通过查阅大量学校体育教学的相关文献和社会实践的调查,得出目前我国的学校体育教学内容大多还是采用着西方式的体育,注重着对人身体外型的塑造,对意识方面的锻炼较缺乏。结合民族传统武术文化和西方体育文化对未来学校体育教学有指导性作用,它对我国以后的体育发展方向的研究很有必要,对提高学生的运动竞技水平、锻炼健康的体魄和增强思想品德的修养,对今后建设精神文明社会起到事半功倍的作用。

| Abstract: | Through reviewing literatures and documents about school P.E.teaching,the paper finds that today the content of Chinese school P.E.teaching most are sports from western coutries,paying more attentions on body shape forming but less on mind and will training.Combing the directive roles of national traditional Wushu culture and western sports cultures for future schools,the study fins that Wushu is very necesarry for Chinese sports development,and is effective for improving students ahtletic level,training their bodies and their morality,and for the construction of modern spirits civilization socity. |
