| 摘 要： | 文章通过对散打和日本、美国搏击的对抗中双方技术运用、比赛录像及结果进行统计学分析,得出结论:远踢、近打、贴身摔是中国散打的技法总则,也是我们与美日对抗的主要手段。同时,只有继续研究和继承传统武术技法,完善散打模式;继续开放技法,加快交流速度,继续加大散打的品牌化进程和职业化建设,才能保证武术散打的长盛不衰。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the technique in the competition between Chinese Sanda and the American and Japanese boxing, the paper finds that the distant kicking, near pounding and near-body wrestling are the main skills of Chinese Sanda, and those that studying the traditional skills of traditional Wushu continually, perfecting the pattern of Sanda, having an opening way in the skills development, accelerating the speed of communication, enhancing the process of becoming a brand and a profession, can be the sure and effective ways to keep the flourishing of Sanda. |
