| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动迅猛发展,竞争日趋激烈,拼抢越来越猛,技术运用更加巧妙,战术变化极为复杂,因此对裁判员的要求也越来越高。为了更好地推行素质教育,从高校大学生自身具备的篮球素质优势出发,根据高校篮球水平的不断发展及篮球裁判员后备力量的需求,文章就培养高校大学生篮球裁判员的几个方面的问题进行了具体分析论述。
