| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究法对准备活动在体育课、训练课、比赛中的重要作用进行研究,讨论研究准备活动的充分与否直接关系到训练水平和比赛水平的发挥,得知有效的准备活动是达到训练效果的关键,以期使教练员在实际教学训练中科学合理地安排专项准备活动,保证训练任务的顺利完成。

| Abstract: | With the method of literature, the paper studies the important role of warming-up activities at training, teaching and competitions, and warming-up activities have direct relations with training level and demonstration in competitions, and are the keys of keeping training effects and smoothly finishing the training tasks, and for the aim of offering reference for coaches and teachers. |
