| 摘 要： | 文章采用人体测量法、数理统计法、分析比较法、文献综述法等科学研究方法,结合男子健美运动员比赛评分规则,对2006年、2007年与2008年全国健美锦标赛的男子60公斤级前15名男子健美运动员进行皮脂厚度的测量,并对其皮脂厚度特征进行研究和分析,进行同年的冠军与优秀运动员皮脂厚度指标的比较;同年的优秀运动员与次优秀运动员的皮脂厚度指标的比较;不同年间的优秀运动员皮脂厚度指标的比较。研究结果发现:名次越高,各部位的皮脂应越薄;不同名次运动员各不同部位皮脂都有着不同的差异,腹部要比背部薄,腹部要比臂部厚;2007与2008年运动员的背部与腹部皮脂厚度迅速下降。

| Abstract: | With the methods of body measurement, mathematical statistics, literature summary, track investigation, face-to-face interview and so on. the paper makes a measure, study and analyses on the height index of the first 15 male athletes who competed in the 60-kilogram weight group in 2006,2007 and 2008 ,through the research , we found the results: the bodybuilding athletes' achievements have a positive correlation with their sebum thickness index. |
